A Brief Interview with Maggie

This blog has featured scores of exclusive interviews with lovers are denied the freedom to be open about their love.

The woman interviewed below could be criminally prosecuted and face other forms of discrimination if the wrong people found out about her relationship. They are consenting adults who aren't hurting anyone; why should they have to hide or be denied their rights?

For some, consanguineous sex, especially between a parent and their adult child (in this case, mother and son), is a taboo thrill and more on the recreational side, especially for someone who is already highly sexually adventurous. For others, it is more about an overall loving relationship, forming a "double bond" or "double love," especially if they might be classified as consanguinamorous in their overall orientation. Where this relationship will eventually settle in that spectrum remains to be seen.

***SOME OF THE DISCUSSION IS MILDLY EXPLICIT***

FULL MARRIAGE EQUALITY: Tell us about yourself.

Maggie: I live in the south of the UK, in a suburban area. I work in administration. I have a university degree. I enjoy reading, TV, and sex.

FME: Did you raise your son? Or was he raised by someone else?

My husband and I raised our son though I would say that I was the primary care giver for his entire life.

FME: What are your ages? Do you have any other children?

I'm 39 and he's 18. I don't have any other children.

FME: How did things start between you two?

It began earlier this year. It was quite a gradual process at first, but it felt like when things happened, they happened quickly.

I noticed for a time he was checking me out; admiring my body. At first, I ignored it, but it because difficult to ignore and then I really started thinking about it, too. They were fleeting thoughts at first, but they grew longer and more intense. I found myself going to his room and masturbating on his bed thinking about him doing exactly the same and thinking about me.

I talked to a couple of other mothers* who helped me feel better about my thoughts.

In the end, I suppose the big moment came when I was home alone. I asked my son to come home and he found me in my room, naked. We talked a little, but things happened very quickly and we had sex for the first time there in my bed. It was like nothing else I've ever experienced in my life.

FME: And it's still good?

The sex is....there are no words to describe it. My son makes me feel like a totally new woman and a complete mother. I've had the biggest orgasms of my life thanks to him. It's an addiction.

FME: Does anyone in your life know?

No. We've managed to keep our relationship secret so far and I'm hoping it stays that way.

FME: Does it feel like family-with-benefits or more like a marriage, or what?

I'm not sure how to define the relationship. I only think of of it as "I am my son's woman."

FME: Before you noticed he was checking you out, had you ever thought this sort of thing was possible? Or would the thought have been a total turnoff?

I'd never given much thought to this topic at all and I think before I would have been disgusted.

There you have it. They are consenting adults who aren't hurting anyone and yet they have to keep their relationship a secret or face discrimination and denial of their rights simply for loving each other

Why should they be denied their rights? There’s no good reason. We need to recognize that all adults should be free to be with any and all consenting adults as they mutually consent, and part of doing that is adopting relationship rights for all, including full marriage equality sooner rather than later. People are being hurt because of a denial of their basic human rights to love each other freely.

  1. I don't really understand how this occurred. She says she noticed him checking her out and that it was gradual, but then it jumps to her naked in his room.

That seems very risky. I would have liked a follow up question about how they flirted and what words were exchanged.

  2. In addition to the above anon., there was no mention whether she and husband are separated or divorced, so we don't know whether she's cheating on him or not.

  3. As the title says, it's a brief interview. Maggie recently mentioned on her blog she's getting s divorce.

    1. After I published the comment I'd realized that it did say brief & any new information would be probably be in a follow up interview. I just hope it didn't start as an affair behind the dad's back.

    2. TW: For discussion of possible abusive relationship. I realized that a possible affair could mean she was in an abusive relationship. I hope this isn't the case. I don't want to pry but this possibility worries me. (Which could be just me, because I tend to overworry & live where domestic abuse laws do exist, but the enforcement of them as well as serious investigations into abuse by the law vary by region & state).

    3. It can be difficult enough to get people to talk about these things. Sometimes, follow up questions will be answered, sometimes not. I don't badger interview subjects. Marriages can be dead long before divorces are initiated, whether there is abuse or not.

    4. I totally agree with you that marriage can be over even divorce is not happened. This is the situation with me and my husband. I'll not go into details here. There is nothing wrong with him. He is a good, honest, responsible and dutiful man. It's almost 24 years with him. But he is not into sex, after our son born we never had sex. We're more like friends now than husband wife. It partially fueled in mu having an affair with son. He has his father's good natures and moreover has incredible libido. I'm now in a dilemma of having a divorce or not.

  4. Hi. I heard that Maggie got pregnant by her son recently. I want to know if i'st everything is going OK with her, the baby and her son. If she went to the doctor to follow all the pregnancy times. In such case, to keep privacy and avoid problems, she will tell the other family members that the baby's father is maybe a no-name-guy, just an one-night-only? In my family maybe some members would get suspicious. And how to explain the baby's resemblance between father-son? Nobody wold not notice? It's not easy to get all the support from the family members concerning incest love / relationship. It's rare that others approve or do not judge the couple. Well, I hope they stay just fine and the baby born with health and happiness too.

    1. you can't tell from the baby's face, it takes several years to suppose anything on solid grounds.

  5. Any way to view Maggie's Tumblr as of today? Whenever I click the link, it says it's hidden due to the sexual nature of the account.
